Abstract
Bvlgari Resort Bali itself has a unique design compared to other Bvlgari properties. The design used was the result of a design by Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel where they combined typical Italian architectural designs with traditional Balinese architectural designs. The location of Bvlgari Resort Bali itself is very special, located 150 meters above the cliffs of Uluwatu Beach. Based on initial observations made and rreview from guest review , researchers found that the employees employed at Bulgari Resort Bali as a whole do not have good work skills and cannot always act professionally in carrying out their work. There are things that are known to influence employee work productivity at Bvlgari Resort Bali, such as work-life balance and training.
The research population that will be used in this research is all employees who work at Bvlgari Resort Bali which is as much as 73 employees. In connection with the total population which is only 73 employees, the sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The distribution of the questionnaires haspassed the validity and reliability tests. The tested data also passed the normality test.
The results of the study indicate that training have influence employee productivity at Bulgari Resort Bali. Based on the result of P values that 0,049 < 0,05. Therefore the influence of training towards employee productivity is significant. It can be concluded that H1 accepted. Worklife balance strengthen the influence between training and employee productivity at Bulgari Resort Bali positively. Based on the result of P values that 0,167 > 0,05. Therefore the moderation of work life balance on training towards employee productivity is not significant. It can be concluded that H2 rejected. It can be suggested that Bvlgari Resort Bali is advised to be able toincrease its training to improve employee productivity with worklife balance as moderation.

Desain yang digunakan merupakan hasil desain Antonio Citterio dan Patricia Viel dimana mereka memadukan desain arsitektur khasItalia dengan desain arsitektur tradisional Bali. Lokasi Bvlgari Resort Bali sendiri sangat istimewa, terletak 150 meter di atas tebing Pantai Uluwatu. Berdasarkan observasi awal yang dilakukan dan review dari guest review, peneliti menemukan bahwa karyawan yang dipekerjakan di Bulgari Resort Bali secara keseluruhan tidak memiliki keterampilan kerja yang baik dan tidak selalu dapat bertindak profesional dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya. Ada hal yang diketahui mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan di Bvlgari Resort Baliseperti work- life balance dan pelatihan.
Populasi penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di Bvlgari Resort Bali yang berjumlah 73 karyawan. Sehubungan dengan jumlah populasi yang hanya berjumlah 73 karyawan, maka teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penyebaran kuesioner telah lolos uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data yang diuji juga lolos uji normalitas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan di Bulgari Resort Bali. Berdasarkan hasil nilai P sebesar 0,049 < 0,05. Oleh karena itu pengaruh pelatihan terhadap produktivitas karyawan adalah signifikan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima. Worklife balance memperkuat pengaruh positif antara pelatihan dan produktivitas karyawan di Bulgari Resort Bali. Berdasarkan hasil nilai P sebesar 0,167 > 0,05. Oleh karena itu moderasi work life balance pada pelatihan terhadap produktivitas karyawan tidak signifikan. Dapat disimpulkan H2 ditolak. Disarankan agar Bvlgari Resort Bali dapat meningkatkan pelatihannya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dengan worklife balance sebagai moderasinya.
