Abstract

BCA merupakan salah satu bank swasta terbesar di Indonesia yang menyediakan berbagai layanan ataupun produk keuangan, baik secara offline maupun online. Salah satu produk yang dikeluarkan oleh BCA adalah eBranch BCA. Namun, penerapan aplikasi ini belum sepenuhnya membantu nasabah karena masih ada nasabah yang sering bingung cara pemakaian dan fungsi dari eBranch. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan merancang ulang User Experience (UX) dan User Interface (UI) pada aplikasi eBranch BCA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah usability testing dengan pendekatan User Centered Design dan penilaian System Usability Scale atau SUS. Dengan metode ini dapat mengidentifikasi dan memahami kebutuhan pengguna, sehingga bisa menghasilkan prototype yang lebih efisien untuk digunakan pengguna. Hasilnya adalah analisis skor kegunaan dan desain prototipe baru untuk aplikasi eBranch BCA dengan hasil prototype yang baru berhasil mencapai 94 poin, yang melampaui standar poin sebelumnya sebesar 89,5 poin. / BCA is one of the largest private banks in Indonesia that provides various financial services and products, both offline and online. One of the products issued by BCA is eBranch BCA. However, the implementation of this application has not fully assisted customers because some customers still frequently struggle with its usage and functions. This research aims to analyze and redesign the User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) of the eBranch BCA application. The method used in this research is usability testing with a User-Centered Design approach and assessment using the System Usability Scale (SUS). This method helps identify and understand user needs, thereby producing more efficient prototypes for user use. The result is an analysis of usability scores and a new prototype design for the eBranch BCA application, achieving a new prototype score of 94 points, surpassing the previous standard score of 89.5 points.
