Abstract
Juju Eatery Cafe, Medan experienced a decline in customers satisfaction can be seen from the goggle review this was suspected due to menu variation and taste of food. The aim of this research is to investigate whether menu variation and taste of food have influence on customers satisfaction. In this research, the writer used quantitative research design and IBM SPSS statistics 26 tool. The writer used descriptive and causal approach. The sampling technique used was convenient sampling. Samples with the numbers of 97 respondens at Juju Eatery Cafe, Medan. This research has passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results of hypothesis test showed that menu variation and taste of food have an influence on customers satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. Furthermore, menu variation and taste of food have 39% influence on customers satisfaction. Recommendations for Juju Eatery Cafe, Medan are to keep an eye on the food trend and offer a new menu with better taste, conduct regular monitoring of raw materials that are not good, and change with the fresh ones so that the taste of food and food display will be better, make selfie spots more aesthetic, and improve food quality. / Juju Eatery Cafe, Medan mengalami penurunan kepuasan pelanggan dapat dilihat dari review goggle hal ini diduga karena variasi menu dan cita rasa makanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah variasi menu dan rasa makanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan quantitative research design dan alat IBM SPSS statistics 26. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan kausal. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah convenient sampling. Sampel dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 97 orang di Kafe Juju Eatery, Medan. Penelitian ini telah lolos uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variasi menu dan rasa makanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan baik secara parsial maupun bersamaan. Selain itu, variasi menu dan cita rasa makanan berpengaruh 39% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Rekomendasi Juju Eatery Cafe Medan adalah mengawasi tren makanan dan menawarkan menu baru dengan cita rasa yang lebih baik, melakukan pemantauan rutin terhadap bahan baku yang kurang baik, dan mengganti dengan yang segar agar cita rasa makanan dan tampilan makanan menjadi lebih baik, membuat spot selfie lebih estetis, dan meningkatkan kualitas makanan.
