Abstract
kinerja rendah. Dukungan infrastruktur memiliki tingkat kepentingan rendah, tetapi mempunyai kinerja baik, variabel ini menjadi prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki. / The Covid-19 pandemic brought major changes to the learning process. Restrictions on various activities and community mobility have an impact on around 70 million students because face-to-face learning at schools had to be temporarily stopped. Researchers here want to know how the use of information and communication technology (ICT), collaboration skills, and infrastructure support affects the digital competence of XYZ
Jakarta Elementary School teachers. This research uses a quantitative research approach using the PLS-SEM method to analyze the influence of path coefficients on the variables
studied. The respondents for this research were all 67 teachers at SD XYZ Jakarta who filled out a survey using census data collection via the Google Forms application. The data obtained was analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model with the PLS 4.0 application. The results of this research show that the use of information and communication technology (ICT), collaboration skills, and infrastructure support have a positive effect on teachers' digital competence. The results of importance-performance map analysis (IPMA) show that the use of ICT has a high level of importance and good performance so that the performance of these variables must be maintained. Collaboration capabilities must be improved because they have a high level of importance, but low performance. Infrastructure support has a low level of importance, but has good performance, this variable is the top priority to be improved.
