Abstract

Knowledge sharing is a social interaction that involves exchanging of experiences, informations, new knowledge in any form to fellow employees and supporting the learning process in the working environment. Knowledge sharing also gave an influence on self-efficacy and trust. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, trust on knowledge sharing teachers at XYZ Elementary School Bekasi. This research use SmartPLS SEM 3.0 as calculation tool and the population are 51 teacher respondents found that knowledge sharing was influenced by self-efficacy and trust. Whereas knowledge sharing is not influenced by transformational leadership. The results of the study shown that trust has a strong influence on knowledge sharing compared to selfefficacy and transformational leadership. / Knowledge sharing sebagai sosial interaksi yang melibatkan pertukaran pengalaman, informasi, pengetahuan baru dalam bentuk apapun kepada sesama karyawan serta mendukung dalam proses pembelajaran di lingkungan kerja. Knowledge sharing juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap self-efficacy dan trust Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, self-efficacy,trust terhadap knowledge sharing guru di SD XYZ Bekasi. Dengan menggunakan alat perhitungan SmartPLS SEM 3.0 dan populasi dalam penelitian ini ada sekitar 51 responden guru ditemukan bahwa knowledge sharing dipengaruhi oleh self-efficacy dan trust. Sedangkan knowledge sharing tidak dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan transformasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan trust memiliki pengaruh kuat terhadap knowledge sharing dibandingkan dengan self-efficacy dan kepemimpinan transformasional.
