Abstract
Learning motivation, problem-solving and creative thinking skills are
essential for students. However, these three competencies are still low among
first-grade students at XYZ Elementary School in Jakarta. This research aims to
analyze the implementation of interactive learning media in enhancing learning
motivation, problem-solving and creative thinking skills among first-grade
students, as well as to assess teacher competencies. The research method
employed is Classroom Action Research, consisting of three cycles, with each
cycle involving planning, observation, action, and reflection phases. The research
subjects were 32 students, utilizing several research instruments such as
interviews, reflections, and rubrics for assessing teacher competencies, learning
motivation, problem-solving and creative thinking skills. The average score of
teacher competencies increased from 75 in the first cycle to 85.3 in the second
cycle and 97.6 in the third cycle. Learning motivation scores improved from 56.8
in the first cycle to 69.1 in the second cycle and 78.3 in the third cycle. Problem�solving skills scores increased from 53.8 in the first cycle to 60.7 in the second
cycle and 82.7 in the third cycle. Creative thinking skills scores rose from 61.6 in
the first cycle to 73.7 in the second cycle and 80.7 in the third cycle. From these
results, it can be concluded that the implementation of interactive learning media
can enhance teacher competencies, learning motivation, problem-solving and
creative thinking skills among first-grade students at XYZ Elementary School in
Jakarta. / Motivasi belajar, keterampilan pemecahan masalah, dan keterampilan berpikir
kreatif harus dimiliki oleh murid. Pada kenyataannya ketiga kompetensi tersebut
masih rendah pada murid kelas 1 SD XYZ Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menganalisis penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif dalam meningkatkan
motivasi belajar, keterampilan pemecahan masalah dan berpikir kreatif murid
kelas 1 SD serta menganalisis kompetensi guru. Metode penelitian yang
digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari tiga siklus dengan
setiap siklus dilakukan tahapan perencanaan, observasi, tindakan dan refleksi.
Subjek penelitian 32 murid dengan beberapa instrumen penelitian yaitu
wawancara, refleksi, dan rubrik penilaian kompetensi guru, motivasi belajar,
keterampilan pemecahan masalah dan berpikir kreatif. Nilai rata-rata kompetensi
guru pada siklus satu adalah 75 meningkat menjadi 85,3 pada siklus dua dan
menjadi 97,6 pada siklus tiga. Motivasi belajar siklus satu adalah 56,8 meningkat
menjadi 69,1 pada siklus dua dan menjadi 78,3 pada siklus tiga. Keterampilan
pemecahan masalah siklus satu adalah 53,8 meningkat menjadi 60,7 pada siklus
dua dan menjadi 82,7 pada siklus tiga. Keterampilan berpikir kreatif siklus satu
adalah 61,6 meningkat menjadi 73,7 pada siklus dua dan menjadi 80,7 pada siklus
tiga. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media
pembelajaran interaktif dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru, motivasi belajar,
keterampilan pemecahan masalah dan berpikir kreatif murid kelas 1 SD XYZ
Jakarta.
