Abstract

Pendidikan di wilayah khusus seperti lingkar tambangmenghadirkan tantangan tersendiri bagi pemerataan mutu dan kolaborasi antar sekolah. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran kepemimpinan transformatif dalam membangun budaya knowledge sharing melalui programCommunity Service di Sekolah XYZ, SPK yang dikelola PT. AmmanMineral di lingkar tambang Sumbawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakanmetode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 kepala sekolah SD , 1 kepala TK, dan 1 koordinator kurikulumPYP, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini melalui tahapan reduksi data, proses koding, penyajian data, penarikankesimpulan dan triangulasi dalam analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah berperan penting dalam mendorong kolaborasi guru dan siswa dengan sekolah sekitar. Program ini memfasilitasi pertukaran praktik pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan. Budaya berbagi pengetahuan berkembang melalui keterlibatan aktif dalam kegiatan pengimbasan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kepemimpinan transformatif dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar inklusif dan kolaboratif, serta memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan pendidikan berbasis komunitas di wilayah khusus. / Education in special areas such as mining areas presents its ownchallenges for mutual equity and collaboration between schools. This study examines the role of transformative leadership in fostering aculture of knowledge sharing through the Community Service programat XYZ School, a collaborative school managed by PT. Amman Mineral in the mining ring of West Sumbawa. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study design. The subjects in this study were 3elementary school principals, 1 kindergarten principal, and 1 PYPcurriculum coordinator. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this study went through the stages of data reduction, coding, data presentation, drawingconclusions, and triangulation of deep analysis. The results of this study indicate that school principals play an important role in encouraging teacher and student collaboration with surrounding schools. The program facilitates ongoing exchanges of teaching practices. A culture of knowledge sharing has grown through active participation in outreach activities. This study highlights the importance of transformative leadership in creating an inclusive and collaborative learning environment and contributes to the development of community-based education in special areas.
