Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh sikap perawat, Singkatnya Waktu Tunggu, keterampilan komunikasi dan ambiance terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit XYZ. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 170 pasien rawat inap. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Convenient Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap perawat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Begitu pula singkatnya waktu tunggu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Kemampuan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Parameter terakhir yaitu ambiance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. / The purpose of this study was determine, examine and analyze the impact of nurse attitude, waiting times, communication skill and ambiance to patient satisfaction at XYZ Hospital. Data were collected using questionnaire instrument. The sample in this study was taken from 170 inpatient. The sampling technique is done with Convenient Sampling technique. Data analysis used the partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS4. The result of this study show that nurse attitude has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Similarly short waiting times has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Communication skill has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. The last parameter which is ambiance has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction.
