Latar belakang : Nyeri pasca operasi merupakan faktor utama dalam pemulihan sehingga apabila penanganan nyeri akut tidak ditangani secara tepat maka akan meningkatan risiko terjadi nyeri kronis. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi nyeri pasca operasi adalah kecemasan. Maka dari itu penting mengetahui periode kecemasan pre operasi guna mengurangi rasa nyeri pasca operasi Tujuan : Mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara periode kecemasan (1 hari preoperasi dan 1 jam preoperasi) terhadap nyeri pasca operasi pada pasien hemoroid. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cohort prospektif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner sejumlah 30 sampel. Sampel dipilih melalui Teknik quota sampling, lalu data akan diolah menggunakan SPSS stastistik dan dianalisis menggunakan uji t test/Wilcoxon. Variable yang bermakna akan dianalisis akan dianalisis lebih lanjut dengan analisis multivariat logistic Hasil : Berdasarkan uji T dan diperoleh nilai p yaitu 0,004 antara total skor APAIS 1 hari pre operasi dan skor APAIS 1 jam pre operasi. Analisis stastistik mengguanakan. uji Pearson didapatkan bahwa nilai R APAIS 1 hari pre operasi yaitu 0,441 dengan p value 0,115 dan Skor APAIS 1 jam pre operasi yaitu 0,362 dan p value 0,203. Kesimpulan : Periode kejadian kecemasan pre operasi baik 1 hari preoperasi maupun 1 jam pre operasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan nyeri pasca operasi 24 jam pertama pada pasien yang menjalani operasi Hemoroidektomi. Method : This research used a prospective cohort study design. Data was collected through a questionnaire of 30 samples. The sample was selected using quota sampling technique, then the data will be processed using SPSS statistics and analyzed using the t test/Wilcoxon test. The significant variable to be analyzed will be analyzed further using logistic multivariate analysis Result : Based on T-test, the obtained p-value was 0.004 between the total APAIS score at -1 day pre-operation and APAIS score at 1 hour pre-operation. Statistical analysis using Pearson's test revealed that the correlation coefficient (R) for APAIS score at -1 day pre-operation was 0.441 with a p-value of 0.115, and for APAIS score at 1 hour pre-operation it was 0.362 with a p-value of 0.203. Conclusion: The occurrence of pre-operative anxiety, both at -1 day and 1 hour, does not significantly affect post-operative pain within the first 24 hours in patients undergoing Hemorrhoidectomy surgery.
