Abstract

Manajemen perubahan merupakan aspek terpenting dalam suatu organisasi untuk memastikan bahwa organisasi tersebut bisa tetap relevan, efektif, dan berkelanjutan dalam menghadapi tantangan dan peluang yang terus berkembang. Manajemen perubahan di organisasi XYZ berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan di akhir tahun 2022 menunjukkan bahwa organisai memiliki tingkat persentasi yang rendah dalam hal manajemen perubahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, manajemen talenta, dan budaya organisasi terhadap manajemen perubahan di organisasi nirlaba internasional XYZ di Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada 36 responden yang adalah karyawan di organisasi nirlaba Internasional XYZ di Indonesia. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan metode PLS-SEM untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen (kepemimpinan transformasional, manajemen talenta, dan budaya organisasi) dan variabel dependen (manajemen perubahan). Temuan dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa pentingnya manajemen talenta dan budaya organisasi dalam mendorong manajemen perubahan di organisasi nirlaba internasional XYZ di Indonesia, namun dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak memiliki dampak signifikan pada manajemen perubahan pada organsisasi nirlaba XYZ di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan wawasan berharga bagi praktisi dan manajer tentang pentingnya pemimpin yang inspiratif dan motivatif, yang melibatkan karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan memanfaatkan keterampilan mereka, serta membangun budaya organisasi yang fleksibel dan adaptif untuk mengelola perubahan kompleks secara efektif. / Change management is a crucial aspect of an organization to ensure that it remains relevant, effective, and sustainable in facing continuously evolving challenges and opportunities. Change management at XYZ organization, based on the survey conducted at the end of 2022, indicates that the organization has a low percentage rate in terms of change management. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, talent management, and organizational culture on change management at the international non-profit organization XYZ in Indonesia. The research methodology is a quantitative approach using questionnaires distributed to 36 respondents who are employees of the international non-profit organization XYZ in Indonesia. The collected data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method to examine the relationships between the independent variables (transformational leadership, talent management, and organizational culture) and the dependent variable (change management). The findings from this study indicate the importance of talent management and organizational culture in driving change management in international non-profit organizations in Indonesia; however, the study shows that transformational leadership does not have a significant impact on change management at the non-profit organization XYZ in Indonesia. The goal of this research is to provide valuable insights for practitioners and managers about the importance of inspirational and motivational leaders who involve employees in decision-making, leverage their skills, and build a flexible and adaptive organizational culture to effectively manage complex changes.
