Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mempelajari dan memberikan gambaran bagaimana hubungan antara Network Resource kepada Firm Performance yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Agility dan Absorptive Capacity. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibantu oleh media elektronik yaitu google form. Tempat penelitian mencakup daerah Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi yang berhubungan dengan skala usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah. Responden yang mengisi kuesioner ini adalah Pemilik, Direktur, Manajer dan Supervisor. Total jumlah responden yang didapat dari penelitian ini dan digunakan untuk pengolahan data sebesar 281 responden dengan jumlah indikator 17 butir. Analisis dan pengujian penelitian ini dibantu dengan aplikasi SEM AMOS versi 24. Hasil pengujian menyatakan Network Resource tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Firm Performance, Organizational Agility tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam memediasi Network Resource dengan Firm Performance, dan Absorptive Capacity memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam memediasi hubungan antara Network Resources dengan Firm Performance. Rekomendasi penelitian terdapat pada BAB V penelitian ini./ This study aims to study and provide an overview of the relationship between network resources to firm performance that is mediated by organizational agility and absorptive capacity. This research uses quantitative research methods with the method of collecting data using a questionnaire assisted by electronic media, which is google form. The research conducted in jakarta, bogor, depok, tangerang and bekasi areas that have a relationship with the scale of micro, small and medium enterprises. Respondents who fill out this questionnaires are as owners, directors, managers and supervisors. The total number of respondents obtained from this study and used for data processing amounted to 281 respondents with 17 indicators. The analysis and test of this study is assisted by using the sem amos application 24th version. The results of the tests conducted revealed that network resources do not have a positive influence on firm performance, organizational agility does not have a significant effect in mediating network resources with firm Performance, and absorptive capacity has a significant influence in mediating the relationship between network resources and firm performance. The recommendation of this research are in chapter 5 of this research.
