Abstract

Penelitian ini dikerjakan dengan tujuan menganalisa dan mengetahui hubungan dari kualitas produk, kepercayaan dan citra suatu merek dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap mobil merek XYZ. Survey ini dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel dari 230 responden yang berada di wilayah Tangerang dan Jakarta. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode non- probability sampling dimana sampel yang dipilih adalah mereka yang sudah menggunakan merk mobil XYZ. Sementara untuk mendapatkan jawaban dari responden digunakan metode kuisioner untuk mengetahui jawaban dan pendapat responden terhadap hal yang ingin diteliti atau dalam hal ini terkait keputusan pembelian mereka. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, citra merek, kepercayaan, dan promosi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. / The study was conducted with the aim of analyzing and knowing the relationship of product quality, confidence and image of a brand in influencing consumer purchase decision on the car brand XYZ. The survey was carried out by taking a sample of 230 respondents who are in the region of Tangerang and Jakarta. Data collection on the study was performed using non-probability sampling method where the samples selected are those who have already used the XYZ car brand. While to get answers from respondents used questionnaire method to know the answers and opinions of respondents to what they want to be investigated or in this case related to their purchase decision. The results of this study show that product quality, brand image, trust, and promotion have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction and customer content have a significant impact on purchasing decisions.
