Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kapabilitas, visibilitas, ketahanan rantai pasokan terhadap performa rantai pasokan dan performa perusahaan dengan variabel moderasi ukuran dan usia perusahaan. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu direktur, manager, supervisor atau staff/operator dari berbagai perusahaan industri di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 140 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sample mengikuti non-probability menggunakan purposive sampling.. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar melalui google form dan diukur dengan five Likert scale. Dalam pengolahan data, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partially Least Square (PLS) dengan aplikasi software SMART-PLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu sebagai berikut : kapabilitas dan visibilitas rantai pasokan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ketahanan rantai pasokan, performa rantai pasokan dan performa perusahaan dengan ketahanan rantai pasokan sebagai variabel mediasi. Selain itu, performa rantai pasokan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap performa perusahaan. Usia perusahaan tidak terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara kapabilitas terhadap ketahanan rantai pasokan. Hal yang sama juga dialami oleh variabel jumlah karyawan yang tidak memoderasi pengaruh kapabilitas rantai pasokan terhadap ketahanan rantai pasokan. / This research aims to analyze the influence of capability, visibility, supply chain resilience on supply chain performance and company performance with the moderating variables of company size and age. The subjects in this research are directors, managers, supervisors or staff/operators from various industrial companies in Indonesia. The sample for this research consisted of 140 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form and measured using a five Likert scale. In data processing, this research uses Partially Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with the SMART-PLS version 3 software application. The results of this research are as follows: supply chain capability and visibility have a significant influence on supply chain resilience and performance. supply chain and company performance with supply chain resilience as a mediating variable. Apart from that, supply chain performance has a significant effect on company performance. Company age is not proven to moderate the relationship between capability and supply chain resilience. The same thing is also experienced by the variables number of employees which do not moderate the influence of supply chain capability on supply chain resilience
