Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat
mempengaruhi lingkungan pelayanan kesehatan serta dampaknya terhadap kepatuhan
Medical Checkup. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkungan institusi Pegawai keamanan
publik dengan melibatkan 185 responden. Terdapat empat variabel independen yaitu
kualitas pemberian layanan kesehatan, kualitas tenaga kesehatan, kecukupan sumber
daya layanan kesehatan dan kualitas proses administrasi, dimana kepatuhan pasien
sebagai variable dependen dan kualitas lingkungan pelayanan kesehatan serta kepuasan
pasien sebagai variable mediasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan
kuesioner berisi 33 pernyataan dengan Skala Likert 1 – 5 berdasarkan metode purposive
sampling. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah survei kuantitatif
dengan waktu pengambilan data secara Cross-sectional menggunakan instrument
kuesioner. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan metode SEM berbasiskan PLS. Hasil
penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa keempat variable independen tersebut mempunyai
pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas lingkungan pelayanan kesehatan, kepuasan
pasien dan kepatuhan pasien, dimana variable Quality of Healthcare Delivery (QHD)
dan Healthcare Environment paling kuat memprediksi Adherence. / The aim of this research is to determine what factors can influence the health service
environment and their impact on compliance with periodic health checks. This research
was conducted in a security officers’ institutional environment involving 185
respondents. There are four independent variables, namely the quality of health service
delivery, the quality of health personnel, the adequacy of health service resources and
the quality of administrative processes, where patient compliance is the dependent
variable and the quality of the health service environment and patient satisfaction are
mediating variables. Data collection was carried out by distributing a questionnaire
containing 33 statements with a Likert Scale of 1 – 5 based on the metode purposive
sampling method. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative survey with a
cross-sectional data collection time using a questionnaire instrument. Then the data was
analyzed using the PLS-based SEM method. The results of this study state that the four
independent variables have a significant influence on the quality of the health service
environment, patient satisfaction and patient compliance, where the Quality of
Healthcare Delivery (QHD) and Healthcare Environment variables most strongly predict
