Jasa konstruksi merupakan salah satu sektor strategis dalam pembangunan nasional, namun penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa proyek konstruksi rentan terhadap risiko, hal ini dikarenakan Industri konstruksi memiliki kompleksitas yang rumit dan dinamis antar pemangku kepentingan. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) merupakan salah satu sistem yang penting terhadap pencapaian keberhasilan pekerjaan konstruksi. Karena itu, dalam penelitian ini akan mengnalisis mengenai faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat keberhasilan penerapan Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) pada industri konstruksi di Indonesia serta model Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) yang efektif diterapakan pada industri jasa konstruksi di Indonesia, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat utama dalam penerapan Risk Management (RM) pada industri konstruksi serta mengembangkan model implementasi Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) yang efektif yang dapat diterapkan pada perusahaan konstruksi di Indonesia khususnya pada proyek pembangunan gedung bertingkat tinggi Faktor-faktor pada study literature review merupakan variabel laten yang tidak dapat diukur secara langsung, karena itu digunakan sub-sub faktor yang dapat memberikan ukuran terhadap faktor pendukung dan penghambat keberhasilan Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), yang meliputi Dukungan Manajemen Puncak, Pengendalian Risiko oleh prosedur Organisasi, Situasi sosial ekonomi, dan budaya, hingga Budaya Organisasi yang Tidak Mendukung. Karena faktor yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan variabel laten, maka peneliti menggunakan metode AHP dan SEM-PLS. Analisis menggunakan AHP memberikan hasil bahwa Procedural factor paling unggul dengan nilai preferensi 0,331. Adapun dari faktor Creative Barrier menjadi faktor paling tidak berpengaruh dengan nilai preferensi 0,017. Hasil analisis SEM menunjukkan faktor konstruk yang didapat telah valid dan reliabel sehingga faktor-faktor yang yalid dan reliabel adalah Organizational Factors, Behavioral Factors, Procedural Factors,External Factors, Knowledge Barrier , Technical Barrier, Functioning Barrier dan Supervision Barrier. Sedangkan untuk Creativity Barrier memiliki nilai Average Variance Extracted (AVE) dibawah 0,5 , Selanjutnya, kombinasi AHP dan SEM menjadikan Procedural Factors sebagai faktor prioritas terhadap Keberhasilan penerapan ERM pada industri jasa Konstruksi di Indonesia. / Construction services is one of the strategic sectors in national development, but research has shown that construction projects are vulnerable to risk, this is because the construction industry has complexity and dynamic between stakeholders. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is one of the systems that are important to the achievement of successful construction work. Therefore, this study will analyze the factors that support and hinder the successful implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in the construction industry in Indonesia as well as the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) model that is effectively applied to the construction service industry in Indonesia, to find out the main supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Risk Management (RM) in the construction industry and develop an effective Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) implementation model that can be applied to construction companies in Indonesia, especially in high-rise building construction projects. The factors in the literature review study are latent variables that cannot be measured directly, therefore sub-factors are used that can provide a measure of the factors supporting and inhibiting the success of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), which include Top Management Support, Risk Control by Organizational procedures, Socio-economic, and cultural situations, to Unsupportive Organizational Culture. Because the factors used in this study are latent variables, the researchers used AHP and SEM-PLS methods. Analysis using AHP gives the result that Procedural factor is the most superior with a preference value of 0.331. As for the Creative Barrier factor, it is the least influential factor with a preference value of 0.017. The SEM analysis results show that the construct factors obtained are valid and reliable so that the valid and reliable factors are Organizational Factors, Behavioral Factors, Procedural Factors, External Factors, Knowledge Barrier, Technical Barrier, Functioning Barrier and Supervision Barrier. Meanwhile, the Creativity Barrier has an Average Variance Extracted (AVE) value below 0.5, Furthermore, the combination of AHP and SEM makes Procedural Factors a priority factor for the successful implementation of ERM in the Construction services industry in Indonesia.
