Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak Social Media Marketing terhadap Intention to Enroll yang dimediasi oleh Consumer Brand Engagement, Brand Awareness, Brand Image. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Jakarta dan Tangerang, penelitian ini melibatkan 175 responden yang terdiri dari siswa SMA sederajat, baik yang masih bersekolah maupun yang telah lulus namun belum melanjutkan ke jenjang perkuliahan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang terdiri dari 17 pertanyaan dengan skala likert 1-5 dan dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Social Media Marketing memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Consumer Brand Engagement, Brand Awareness, Brand Image, dan Intention to Enroll. Penemuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pemasaran media sosial dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen dan citra merek, serta mendorong minat untuk mendaftar di perguruan tinggi swasta.
