Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah bagian penting dari keberhasilan rumah sakit. Sumber daya seringkali menghadapi masalah di tempat kerja. Agar merasa dihargai dan diakui oleh organisasinya, karyawan memiliki kebutuhan materi dan non materi. Tidak hanya mereka membutuhkan kompensasi untuk pekerjaan mereka, mereka juga membutuhkan hubungan kerja dan dukungan dari rekan kerja, sikap positif terhadap manajemen, dan keinginan untuk berkembang. Dari penelitian terdahulu dapat dilihat bahwa turnover karyawan, khususnya perawat terjadi karena beberapa sebab baik dari faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal. Faktor ini dapat berupa Organizational Culture dan Organizational Commitment. Penelitian ini menguji 201 jawaban responden RS XYZ di Kabupaten Bogor, data kemudian diolah menggunakan teknik SEM melalui software SmartPLS. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi dan niat berpindah kerja. Berdasarkan analisis data uji regresi menggunakan SmartPLS buaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi memiliki hubungan signifikan dan positif, sedangan hipotesis lain menunjukkan arah hubungan negatif antara budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi yang mempengaruhi niat berpindah kerja. / Human resources are an important part of a hospital's success. Resources often face problems in the workplace. In order to feel valued and recognized by their organization, employees have material and non-material needs. Not only do they need compensation for their work, they also need working relationships and support from coworkers, a positive attitude towards management, and a desire to develop. From previous research, it can be seen that employee turnover, especiallynurses, occurs due to several reasons from both internal and external factors. Thisfactor can be Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment. This study tested 201 answers from respondents of XYZ Hospital in Bogor Regency, the data was then processed using SEM techniques through SmartPLS software. The resultsof hypothesis testing show that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on organizational commitment and turnover intention. Based on data analysis of regression tests using SmartPLS, organizational crocodile and organizational commitment have a significant and positive relationship, while other hypotheses show the direction of a negative relationship between organizational culture and organizational.
