Abstract

Semua wanita selalu ingin berpenampilan cantik dan menarik di depan umum hal ini membuat banyak inovasi-inovasi baru yang terus dikembangkan untuk melahirkan produk-produk yang dapat membuat pencinta make-up tertarik. Salah satu produk kosmetik yang sedang diinginkan oleh banyak wanita khususnya di Jakarta yaitu Kylie Lip Kit. Produk Kylie Lip Kit ini merupakan sebuah produk kecantikan yang dimiliki oleh seorang selebriti bernama Kylie Jenner. Kylie Jenner menggunakan beberapa media sosial seperti contohnya media sosial Instagram dan Snapchat. Kylie Jenner mengunggah foto-foto tentang produk Kylie Lip Kit untuk memberikan informasi, persuasi, dan konfirmasi sebagai opinion leader. Belum pernah ada penelitian tentang seberapa besar pengaruh Kylie Jenner terhadap minat beli produk Kylie Lip Kit. Untuk itu, peneliti ingin meneliti fenomena ini untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh Kylie Jenner terhadap minat beli produk Kylie Lip Kit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan data primer, yaitu penyebaran kuisioner, serta data sekunder berupa studi kepustakaan dan pencarian melalui website-website terpercaya. Kuisioner di sebarkan kepada anggota Hello Beauty wilayah Jakarta Barat sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, peran Kylie Jenner Sebagai opinion leader berpengaruh sebesar 28% (moderate)terhadap variabel minat beli anggota Hello beauty wilayah Jakarta Barat pada produk Kylie Lip Kit dan sebesar 72% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. / Every women always want to look beautiful and attractive in public this makes a lot of new innovators continue to be developing products that can attract make-up lovers to buy their products. One of cosmetic product that many women are interested to buy, especially women in Jakarta is Kylie Lip Kit product. Kylie Lip Kit is a beauty product owned by a celebrity named Kylie Jenner. Kylie Jenner uses several social media platforms such as Instagram and Snapchat. Kylie Jenner uploaded photos about Kylie Lip Kit product to provide information, persuasion, and confirmation as an opinion leader. There has never been any research on how much influence of Kylie Jenner as opinion leader to Kylie Lip Kit purchase intention . For that, researcher want to examine this phenomenon to determine the percentage of Kylie Jenner's influences as an opinion towards purchase intention on Kylie Lip Kit Product. This research uses quantitative approach with descriptive research method. The research data was collected using primary data, by spreading questionnaire and for the secondary data were collected from literature study and search through trusted websites. The questionnaires were distributed to members of West Jakarta Hello Beauty as respondents. The results showed that, the role of Kylie Jenner As a opinion leader influenced 28% (moderate) to the variables of purchase intention members of Hello beauty West Jakarta area on Kylie Lip Kit products and 72% influenced by other variables.
