Abstract

Penggunaan mobile banking BSG (BSGtouch) telah mengalami pertumbuhan pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Layanan mobile banking memberikan kemudahan bagi nasabah untuk mengakses rekening mereka, melakukan transaksi keuangan, dan mengelola keuangan mereka melalui perangkat seluler. Meskipun ada banyak penelitian tentang adopsi mobilebanking, masih ada kekurangan dalam pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan nasabah dalam menggunakan layanan mobile banking.Penelitian ini menyelidiki lebih lanjut tentang faktor-faktor psikologis, sosial, dan emosional yang berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam menggunakan mobile banking sehingga menyebabkan loyalitas dari pengguna mobile banking BSG. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknis kepustakaan dan teknik komunikasi yaitu dengan meyebarkan kuesioner secara elektronik kepada 101responden yang merupakan pengguna mobile banking BSG di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Kemudian data tersebut diolah menggunakan Model Regresi Linier. Dari hasil penelitian dibuktikan bahwa variabel Customzation dan Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadapat Customer Satisfaction dan pada akhirnya membentuk Customer Loyalty dari mobile banking BSG.
