Abstract

Diperlukan suatu strategi perencanaan event untuk melaksanakan suatu acara, dimana perusahaan melaksanakan event untuk dapat meningkatkan motivasi host live streaming untuk dapat mencapai target yang telah di tentukan oleh perusahaan dan event yang diadakan dapat menguntungkan perusahaan maupun host. Karena event adalah dsalah satu trik market perusahaan untuk dapat mencapai target perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Pelita Harapan, Lippo Karawaci. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskrptif. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi non-partisipan sebagai sumber data primer, serta studi kepustakaan sebagai pelengkap data sekunder. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan strategi yang digunakan oleh PT 17 Media dalam menjalankan eventnya sudah sesuai dengan strategi event. / An event planning strategy is needed to carry out an event, where the company conducts the event to increase the motivation of the live stream host to achieve the target set by the company and the event held to benefit the company and the host. Because the event is one of the company's market tricks to be able to achieve the company's target. This research was conducted at Universitas Pelita Harapan, Lippo Karawaci. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive research method. The research data was collected through non-participant interviews and observations as primary data sources, as well as library studies as complementary secondary data. The results show that the outcome of the strategy process used by PT 17 Media has not meet expectations. This is because some of the 17 Media strategies used for making the events have not been in accordance with event planning theory.
