Abstract
Angka kelahiran yang terus meningkat menyebabkan kebutuhan anak terhadap mainan semakin besar. Hal ini membuat banyaknya pebisnis retail mainan yang hadir untuk bersaing dengan ketat agar menjadi yang terdepan di Indonesia, termasuk PT MAP Aktif Adiperkasa sebagai perusahaan retail yang membawahi toko retail mainan Kidz Station. Salah satu mainan anak perempuan yang marak didunia dan terkenal melalui internet adalah Num Noms. Num Noms tersedia di Indonesia dan dikelola oleh PT MAP Aktif Adiperkasa dibawah toko Kidz Station. PT MAP Aktif Adiperkasa memiliki kekhawatiran terhadap eksistensi mainan Num Noms yang sebelumnya sudah sangat diminati. Peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui strategi promosi yang digunakan PT MAP Aktif Adiperkasa dalam mempertahankan minat beli konsumen terhadap Num Noms. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer berupa wawancara dan observasi partisipasi moderat, serta data sekunder berupa studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada Marketing Head, Brand Manager, dan Coordinator Promotion dari PT MAP Aktif Adiperkasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi yang digunakan PT MAP Aktif Adiperkasa dalam mempertahankan minat beli Num Noms adalah menggunakan bauran promosi iklan TV, social media, direct marketing (katalog), personal selling, sales promotion (kontes, sampling, voucher), dan point-of-purchase

The increasing of birth rate has resulted in greater need for children's toys. Therefore, toy retailers continue to emerge and compete tightly to be the leader in Indonesia, including PT MAP Aktif Adiperkasa as a retail company. One of the famous girls' toys in the world which spreading through internet is Num Noms. Num Noms Indonesia is managed by PT MAP Aktif Adiperkasa under Kidz Station store. PT MAP Aktif Adiperkasa concerns about the existence of Num Noms in the future that have been in great demand previously. Researcher has an interest to know the promotional strategy used by PT MAP Aktif Adiperkasa in maintaining customers’ purchase intention of Num Noms. This study uses a qualitative approach and data collection is undertaken through interviews and moderate-participant observation as primary data source, and literature study and documentation as secondary data source. Interviews were conducted with Marketing Head, Brand Manager, and Coordinator Promotion from PT MAP Akif Adiperkasa. The results show that the promotional strategy used by PT MAP Aktif Adiperkasa in maintaining purchase intention of Num Noms is using TV advertising, social media, direct marketing (catalog), personal selling, sales promotion (contest, sampling, voucher), and point-of-purchase.
