Abstract

Since the monetary crisis from 1988 until now, the conditions of Indonesia economy in overcome lower social classes had many problems and there is no seriousness of the government to handle it, it causes of the living cost that increase from year to year. With this no seriousness of the government in handle the economy problem, the scientist directly research to the place that want to be managed to become a jobs field, and research the ingredients and the quality of green grass jelly that want to be produced then it will be sell to the consume to survey profit and income that will they get. The measurement of ingredients and the quality of product be done in stages and the result of quality green grass jelly will be tested by community around, so the scientist can get the directly communication data about the quality of the green grass jelly that be produced. From the result of the research and observation it can conclude that to get good quality of green grass jelly and job field is suitable do in observe territory, it can use corporative working system, and to make green grass jelly clean and healthy it should used production equipment with good quality. Working with good conditions also affecting the equipment because of that it should work with clean, and using natural ingredients so the consumer will attract to buy that product.
