Abstract

Latar Belakang: Depresi, ansietas dan stress merupakan kondisi yang sering ditemukan pada mahasiswa kedokteran. Beberapa studi menunjukkan bahwa jenjang pendidikan dapat diasosiasikan dengan tingkat depresi, ansietas dan stress pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat perbandingan tingkat depresi, ansietas dan stress pada mahasiswa pre-klinik dan koas Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan tingkat depresi, ansietas dan juga stress pada mahasiswa pre-klinik dan koas Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan. Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan studi analitik komparatif kategorik tidak berpasangan dengan cross-sectional yang dilakukan kepada 103 mahasiswa pre-klinik dan 92 mahasiswa koas Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan, pada bulan Februari 2024-April 2024. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui google forms yang berisi formulir persetujuan (informed consent), kuesioner data pribadi dan kuesioner Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21). Data yang dikumpulkan diolah di aplikasi Microsoft Excell, di analisa menggunakan program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) menggunakan uji statistik metode chi-square. Hasil Penelitian: Didapatkan 195 data yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi penelitian. Data terdiri dari 72 laki-laki dan 123 perempuan dan terdiri dari 103 mahasiswa pre-klinik dan 92 mahasiswa koas dengan rentang usia 17-25 tahun. Dari 195 siswa yang mengisi kuesioner, sebanyak 12.3% mengalami depresi (p=0.938, OR=1.138), 27.6% mengalami ansietas (p=0.001, OR=0.320) dan 8.2% mengalami stress (p=0.010, OR=5.485). Kesimpulan: Ditemukan signifikansi hubungan jenjang pendidikan pada ansietas dan stress namun tidak ditemukan signifikansi hubungan jenjang pendidikan dengan depresi. Referensi: 37 (1995-2022)/Background: Depression, anxiety and stress are common findings in medical students. Some studies shows that educational levels are associated with levels of depression, anxiety and stress in students. This study is done to see the comparison of depression, anxiety and stress levels between pre-clinic and clinical students at the Faculty of Medicine of Pelita Harapan University. Research Objectives: This study aims to see if there are any differences between the levels of depression, anxiety and stress between pre-clinic and clinical students at the Faculty of Medicine of Pelita Harapan University. Research Method: This study uses an unpaired categorical comparative analytical study using a cross-sectional method conducted at 103 pre-clinical and 92 clinical students at the Faculty of Medicine of Pelita Harapan University on February 2024 - April 2024. Data collection was done using google forms that contains informed consent, personal data questionnaire and Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21) questionaire. The collected data then will be processed through Microsoft Excel and analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program using the chi-square statistical test. Research Results: 195 datas fills the inclusive criteria. The data consists of 72 male and 123 female students and consists of 103 pre-clinic and 92 clinical students.Out of 195 students, 12.3% has depression (p=0.938, OR=1.138), 27.6% has anxiety (p=0.001, OR=0.320) and 8.2% has stress (p=0.010, OR=5.485). Conclusion: Results shows significance between education level with anxiety and stress but there is no significance between education level and depression. Reference: 37 (1995-2022)
