Abstract

Personal Branding menjadi kunci dalam membangun citra di industry esports yang kompetitif. Nita Vior sebagai Brand Ambassador dari ONIC Esports berusaha untuk membangun Personal Branding yang kuat dan autentik, yang tidak hanya memperkuat karirnya secara individu tetapi juga meningkatkan visibilitas dan reputasi ONIC Esports. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi Personal Branding Nita Vior sebagai Brand Ambassador dari ONIC Esports. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data penelitian dengan melakukan observasi serta wawancara mendalam. Konsep yang digunakan adalah delapan konsep strategi untuk penerapan Personal Branding oleh Montoya. Hasil penelitian bahwa strategi yang diterapkan Nita Vior adalahmembangun relasi yang luas dan baik, menonjolkan sisi komedinya, berkolaborasi dengan influencer lain, memanfaatkan program yang dimilikinya serta terus membuat konten. Dapat dilihat juga bahwa Nita Vior menerapkan delapan konsep dari Montoya sehingga Personal Branding-nya sekarang sangat kuat dan autentik. / Personal branding is essential for establishing an image in the competitive esports industry. Nita Vior, as the Brand Ambassador for ONIC Esports, strives to build a strong and authentic personal brand, which not only strengthens her individual career but also enhances the visibility and reputation of ONIC Esports. Therefore, this study aims to understand Nita Vior's personal branding strategy as a Brand Ambassador for ONIC Esports. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. Data collection was carried out through observation and in-depth interviews. The concept applied is Montoya's eight strategies for implementing personal branding. The results show that Nita Vior’s strategy involves building broad and positive relationships, highlighting her comedic side, collaborating with other influencers, utilizing her own programs, and consistently creating content. It is also evident that Nita Vior applies Montoya’s eight strategies, resulting in a personal brand that is now very strong and authentic.
