Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi dalam mempelajari kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap komponen perilaku, kognitif dan afektif sebagai bagian dari sikap atas pendidikan kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa S1 di Jabodetabek yang telah mengambil mata kuliah tersebut. Selanjutnya penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah masing-masing komponen perilaku, kognitif dan afektif sebagai bagian dari sikap atas pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap pembentukan kemampuan intrapreneurship mahasiswa S1 tersebut. Pendekatan metode kuantitatif yang bersumber dari data primer digunakan sebagai metode penelitian ini. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipilih adalah non probabilitas sampling berjenis judgement sampling dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh peneliti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner survey secara online dan selanjutnya hasil survey diolah dan diuji menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS versi 4 untuk membuktikan hipotesis yang telah disusun. Pre-test dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dan actual test dilakukan terhadap 160 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dalam mempelajari pendidikan kewirausahaan merupakan faktor penentu dan berpengaruh signifikan dalam membentuk komponen perilaku, komponen kognitif dan komponen afektif sebagai bagian dari sikap atas pendidikan tersebut. Komponen perilaku juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembentukan kemampuan intrapreneurship yang dibutuhkan untuk menciptakan intrapreneur-intrapreneur baru di Indonesia.Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya dan menambah wawasan dengan topik penelitian yang sama dan dalam bidang kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat meberi masukan positif kepada pemerintah, perguruan tinggi dan dunia korporasi untuk mulai memperhatikan pembentukan kemampuan intrapreneurship mahasiswa sebagai bagian penting dari upaya mempersiapkan tenaga muda yang kreatif, inovatif dan solutif yang mampu berkarya di mana pun pilihan karir mereka./ This study was conducted to determine whether motivation in learning entrepreneurship has a positive effect on the behavioral, cognitive, and affective components as part of attitudes toward entrepreneurship education among undergraduate students in the Jabodetabek area who have taken entrepreneurship courses. Furthermore, this study aims to determine whether each of the aforesaid components as part of attitudes toward entrepreneurship education positively affects the intrapreneurship skills development among these students. The study is a quantitative research approach using primary data. The sampling technique chosen was non-probability sampling using judgment sampling with a criteria set by the researcher. An online survey questionnaire was used to collect the data which were analysed using the Smart PLS version 4 to validate the hypotheses. A pre-test was conducted with 40 respondents, and the actual test was based on 160 respondents. The result indicates that motivation in learning entrepreneurship education is key and has a significant positive effect in shaping the behavioral, cognitive, and affective components as part of attitudes toward entrepreneurship education. The behavioral component also has a significantly positive effect on the development of intrapreneurship skills needed to create new intrapreneurs in Indonesia. This research is to enrich and expand perspectives in the field of entrepreneurship. Additionally, it is to provide positive input to the government, higher education institutions and the corporate world to give more attention to the development of students' intrapreneurship skills as a way of preparing young, creative, innovative, and solution-oriented talent capable of excelling in any career path they take.
