Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the relationship between customer repurchase intentions through the use of social media marketing activities elements specifically Entertainment, Customization, Trendiness, Interaction, and Word of Mouth, and mediating variables of Brand Awareness and Brand Image on Customer Repurchase Intention for the brand. Social media is a primary platform for consumer engagement, enabling brands to leverage these elements to strengthen consumer connections and drive purchasing behaviors. The conceptual framework in this study was tested empirically on FILA customers in JABODETABEK region. Research method, data were obtained via online questionnaire distributed through Google form using Likert scale of 1-5. Resulting in 340 valid responses. The data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method through Smart PLS 4.0 software, testing a total of 12 hypotheses. The result of the study shows that all of the 12 hypotheses are supported. These finding suggest that Social Media Marketing elements significantly enhance Brand Awareness and Brand Image, which positively impact Repurchase Intention, particularly for fashion brands aiming to foster customer loyalty through tailored social media marketing strategies.
