Abstract

Polusi udara yang memburuk di kawasan DKI Jakarta menyebabkan banyak masyarakat yang mulai tertarik untuk membeli mobil listrik sebagai solusi untuk mengurangi polusi udara, namun pada kenyataannya jumlah mobil listrik masih sangat sedikit jika dibandingkan dengan mobil konvensional. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dipandang dapat meningkatkan atau mempengaruhi intention to purchase green product. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel yang didapatkan adalah sebanyak 288 responden, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah PLS SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa environmental knowledge, word of mouth dan green marketing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap environmental care attitude. Kemudian ditemukan juga bahwa environmental knowledge, word of mouth, green marketing dan environmental care attitude memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap intention to purchase green product. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis penelitian berhasil diterima dan dibuktikan. Hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat berkontribusi baik secara akademik maupun secara praktikal. / Worsening air pollution in the DKI Jakarta area has caused many people to become interested in buying electric cars as a solution to reduce air pollution, but in reality the number of electric cars is still very small compared to conventional cars. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out what factors are seen to increase or influence intention to purchase green products. This research is a type of quantitative research, with a total sample of 288 respondents, the data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was PLS SEM. The research results show that environmental knowledge, word of mouth and green marketing have a significant and positive influence on environmental care attitudes. It was also found that environmental knowledge, word of mouth, green marketing and environmental care attitude had a significant and positive influence on intention to purchase green products. Therefore, it can be concluded that all research hypotheses have been successfully accepted and proven. It is also hoped that the results of this research can contribute both academically and practically.
