Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pembahasan mengenai pengaruh variable kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi dalam variabel kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja Karyawan pada organisasi dan perusahaan di Tangerang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi Z sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden adalah kuesioner untuk meminimalkan perbedaan interpretasi antara responden dan peneliti. Selanjutnya, Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4 dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model). Hasil yang berhasil diperoleh pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformational berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan transformational berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepemimpinan transformational berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Diharapkan setelah melihat hasil penelitian ini pembaca dapat mengimplementasikan apa yang bermakna positif demi kelangsungan perusahaan. (Eliyanaÿ, Ma'arif, Muzakki 2019) / This study focuses on the discussion of the influence of job satisfaction variables and organizational commitment in transformational leadership variables on employee performance in organizations and companies in Tangerang. The sample used in this study is generation Z as many as 200 respondents. The technique used to collect data from respondents is a questionnaire to minimize differences in interpretation between respondents and researchers. Furthermore, data processing in this research was carried out using SmartPLS 4 application with PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model). The results obtained from this study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a positive effect on organization commitment, transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, organization commitment has a positif impact on employee performance. It is hoped that after reviewing the results of this study, readers can implement what is positively meaningful for the company's sustainability.
