Abstract

Dengan meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial, Seeforcare memanfaatkan Instagram untuk mendorong keterlibatan masyarakat dalam kegiatan sosial di bidang kesehatan, pendidikan, dan bantuan kemanusiaan. Seeforcare didirikan oleh Rania Salsabila Azzahra, seorang siswa SMA sekaligus influencer, yang secara aktif membangun komunikasi dengan audiens melalui konten media sosial yang kreatif dan emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi digital yang diterapkan oleh Seeforcare, khususnya dalam upaya melibatkan masyarakat melalui konten yang interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus serta pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, dan observasi terhadap Rania Salsabila Azzahra serta tim Seeforcare. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Seeforcare menerapkan strategi komunikasi digital berupa storytelling, pemanfaatan fitur interaktif seperti polling dan question box, serta pendekatan emosional untuk membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan audiens. Strategi ini berhasil mendorong partisipasi sosial, memperluas jaringan sosial, serta meningkatkan jumlah followers dan engagement pada konten yang dibagikan. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan tantangan, seperti menjaga konsistensi relawan, menyesuaikan tren konten, dan mengelola ekspektasi publik. Kesimpulannya, strategi komunikasi digital yang kreatif dan empatik memainkan peran penting dalam memobilisasi kesadaran sosial dan menciptakan dampak yang lebih luas di masyarakat. / With the increasing use of social media, Seeforcare leverages Instagram to encourage public engagement in social activities related to health, education, and humanitarian aid. Seeforcare was founded by Rania Salsabila Azzahra, a high school student and influencer, who actively builds communication with the audience through creative and emotional social media content. This study aims to analyze the digital communication strategies implemented by Seeforcare, particularly in efforts to engage the public through interactive content. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study method and data collection through in-depth interviews, and observations involving Rania Salsabila Azzahra and the Seeforcare team. The results show that Seeforcare applies digital communication strategies such as storytelling, the use of interactive features like polls and question boxes, and emotional approaches to establish strong connections with the audience. These strategies successfully encourage social participation, expand social networks, and increase the number of followers and engagement with shared content. However, the study also identifies challenges, such as maintaining volunteer consistency, adapting to content trends, and managing public expectations. In conclusion, creative and empathetic digital communication strategies play an important role in mobilizing social awareness and fostering a broader impact on society.
