Abstract

Di tengah upaya global untuk mencapai kesetaraan gender, ketimpangan ini masih menjadi tantangan yang signifikan, terutama dalam konteks wirausaha digital dan pendidikan E-Commerce. Dalam konteks ketimpangan gender di Indonesia, terdapat sejumlah indikator utama yang menunjukkan kesenjangan dalam kemampuan, akses terhadap sumber daya, dan domain keamanan. Penelitian ini akan menilai bagaimana berbagai program yang ditawarkan oleh UPH dapat mempengaruhi kesiapan mahasiswa untuk memulai usaha di E-Commerce dan bagaimana faktor-faktor seperti sikap dan keterampilan mempengaruhi hasil yang dicapai. Tujuan penelitian meliputi 1. Untuk mengetahui hubungan positif dan signifikan dari komponen perilaku, komponen kognitif dan komponen afektif, pendidikan e-commere terhadap niat wirausaha digital. Dengan menganalisis program pendidikan yang ada, diharapkan dapat ditemukan wawasan yang berguna untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan E�Commerce dan dukungan kepada wirausahawan digital. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Manajemen UPH. Metode analisis dalam penelitian menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ketiga hipotesis tersebut terdapat dua hipotesis mendapat dukungan atau signifikansi, dan 1 (satu) hipotesis ditolak atau tidak mendapat dukungan. / Amid global efforts to achieve gender equality, this inequality remains a significant challenge, especially in the context of digital entrepreneurship and E-Commerce education. In the context of gender inequality in Indonesia, there are a number of main indicators that show gaps in capabilities, access to resources and domain security. This research will assess how the various programs offered by UPH can influence students readiness to start a business in E-Commerce and howfactors such as Attitudes and skills influence the results achieved. The research objectives include 1. To determine the positive and significant relationship between behavioral components, cognitive components and affective components, E-commerce Education on digital entrepreneurial intentions. By analyzing existing education programs, it is hoped that useful insights can be found to improve the quality of E-commerce Education and support for digital entrepreneurs. The method in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were UPH Management students. The analysis method in research uses SmartPLS. The results of the research show that from the third hypothesis there are two hypotheses that receive support or significance, and 1 (one) hypothesis is rejected or does not receive support.
