Abstract
Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan program-program kewirausahaan yang lebih efektif di UPH dan secara umum untuk meningkatkan jumlah wirausaha muda di Tangerang, sehingga berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah./ Referring to the Theory of Planned Behavior, this study aims to examine the influence of attitude towards entrepreneurial behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on entrepreneurial intention, as a step towards understanding the formation of entrepreneurial orientation of undergraduate students at UPH Lippo Village. In addition, this study also explores the moderating effect of work spirituality on the effect of entrepreneurial intention on entrepreneurial orientation. Using quantitative methods, the research data was obtained through distributing online questionnaires to 40 respondents before being distributed to 220 respondents for the main data collection. The collected data were then analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) software version 4.0. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between attitudes towards entrepreneurial behavior, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control with student entrepreneurial intention. However, no significant relationship was found between work spirituality and entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial orientation of students. These findings provide important implications for the development of more effective entrepreneurship programs at UPH and in general to increase the number of young entrepreneurs in Tangerang, thereby contributing to regional economic growth.
