Abstract

Generasi sandwich merupakan sebuah kelompok individu yang terhimpit antara dua tanggung jawab, yaitu merawat orang tua atau mertua dan anak-anak mereka sendiri, yang seringkali diperhadapkan pada tantangan emosional dan fisik yang kompleks. Ibu bekerja dalam kelompok ini sering mengalami kesejahteraan psikologis karena tantangan yang begitu kompleks. Salah satu faktor yang dapat membantu ibu bekerja kembali memulihkan kesejahteraan psikologisnya adalah melalui dukungan sosial yang dipersepsikan (perceived social support). Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh Perceived Social Support terhadap Psychological Well-being ibu bekerja yang Generasi Sandwich di lingkup Jabodetabek, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan berhasil melibatkan sebanyak 247 partisipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial yang dipersepsikan dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis ibu bekerja generasi sandwich dengan persentase sebesar 28.8% / The sandwich generation is a group of individuals who are squeezed between two responsibilities, namely caring for their parents or in-laws and their own children, who are often faced with complex emotional and physical challenges. Working mothers in this group often experience psychological well-being due to complex challenges. One factor that can help working mothers restore their psychological well-being is through perceived social support. This research explores the influence of Perceived Social Support on the Psychological Well-being of working mothers from the Sandwich Generation in the Jabodetabek area, using purposive sampling techniques and successfully involving 247 participants. The results of the study showed that perceived social support could affect the psychological well-being of working mothers of the sandwich generation with a percentage of 28.8%.
