Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh pendanaan eksternal dan pendanaan internal terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan orientasi pasar yang berbeda. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2018. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive random sampling method dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 258 selama 3 tahun penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data ialah dengan studi dokumentasi (data berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan). Analisis yang digunakan yaitu data deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji kelayakan model dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier pada SPSS versi ke 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa (1) pendanaan eksternal berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, (2) pendanaan internal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, (3) orientasi pasar memperlemah hubungan antara pendanaan eksternal dengan kinerja perusahaan, (4) orientasi pasar tidak berpengaruh terhadap hubungan antara pendanaan internal dengan kinerja perusahaan. / This research was conducted to examine the effect of external financing and internal financing on the performance of companies with different market orientations. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2016-2018. The sample selection uses a purposive random sampling method with a total sample of 258 for 3 years of research. Data collection technique is the study of documentation (data in the form of company annual reports). The analysis used is descriptive data analysis, classical assumption test, tests of goodness of fit and hypothesis tests using multiple regression analysis techniques in the SPSS (25th version). The result of this research shows that (1) external financing has a significant negative effect on company performance, (2) internal financing has a significant positive effect on company performance, (3) market orientation weakens the relationship between external financing and company performance, (4) market orientation does not influences the relationship between internal financing and company performance.
