Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan kinerja sosial yang dimediasi oleh inovasi terbuka pada pelaku usaha makanan mikro kecil di wilayah kota Jakarta Barat. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 210 pelaku usaha makanan mikro kecil. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode nonprobability sampling - Judgemental Sampling yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner google form. Data yang diperoleh akan diolah dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM versi 4.0. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Inovasi Terbuka, Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Sosial, Inovasi Terbuka berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, Inovasi Terbuka berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Sosial, Inovasi Terbuka memediasi Orientasi Kewirausahaan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, dan Inovasi Terbuka memediasi Orientasi Kewirausahaan terhadap Kinerja Sosial / The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on financial performance and social performance, mediated by open innovation, in micro and small food enterprises in West Jakarta. The sample size used in this study is 210 micro and small food business owners. This research is quantitative, utilizing a non-probability sampling method—Judgemental Sampling—collected through a Google Form questionnaire. The collected data will be analyzed using PLS-SEM version 4.0. The results of this study indicate that Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Open Innovation, Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance, Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Social Performance, Open Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance, Open Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Social Performance, Open Innovation mediates the relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation and Financial Performance, and Open Innovation mediates the relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation and Social Performance.
