Abstract
Mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam organisasi seringkali memiliki masalah dengan memenuhi tanggung jawab akademik, hal ini disebabkan karena resiliensi akademik yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisis pengaruh emotional maturity terhadap resiliensi akademik pada mahasiswa aktif organisasi di Universitas X. Emotional maturity merupakan salah satu faktor penting untuk meningkatkan resiliensi akademik mahasiswa, terutama untuk mereka yang memiliki ketahanan akademik yang rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan alat ukur Emotional Maturity Scale (EMS) dan skala resiliensi akademik, serta berhasil mengumpulkan 75 partisipan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan menunjukkan korelasi yang positif (r(75) = 0.451***, p<.001) antara emotional maturity dan resiliensi akademik, kemudian hasil uji regresi juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh dari emotional maturity terhadap resiliensi akademik pada partisipan (F(1,73) = 18.638, p < .001). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi wawasan kepada mahasiswa, khususnya bagi yang aktif dalam organisasi untuk meningkatkan resiliensi akademik dengan cara melatih emotional maturity yang baik dan teratur./ Students who are involved in organizations often have problems with fulfilling academic responsibilities, this is due to their low academic resilience. This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional maturity on academic resilience in students who are active in organizations at X University. Emotional maturity is one of the important factors to improve students' academic resilience, especially for those who have low academic resilience. This study used quantitative methods and used the Emotional Maturity Scale (EMS) and the academic resilience scale, and successfully collected 75 participants who were selected using purposive sampling. The results showed a positive correlation (r(75) = 0.451***, p < .001) between emotional maturity and academic resilience, then the results of the regression test also showed the influence of emotional maturity on academic resilience in participants (F(1,73) = 18.638, p < .001). This research is expected to provide insight to students, especially those who are active in organizations to improve academic resilience by practicing good and regular emotional maturity.
