Tingkat perceraian di Indonesia, khususnya di wilayah perkotaan seperti JaBoDeTaBek, terus meningkat tiap tahunnya dengan 73,7% diantaranya merupakan kasus perceraian yang diajukan oleh istri atau cerai gugat. Meski perceraian bukanlah hal yang diinginkan pasangan, namun konflik dalam pernikahan adalah sesuatu yang tidak dapat dihindari. Hal ini menjadikan kemampuan resolusi konflik penting untuk diperhatikan. Penelitian sebelumnya menemukan bahwa konflik turut dipengaruhi oleh diferensiasi diri pasangan. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kontribusi diferensiasi diri terhadap gaya penyelesaian konflik dalam pernikahan pada istri di Jabodetabek, menggunakan pendekatan Bowen Family Systems Theory. Diferensiasi diri diukur dengan menggunakan Differentiation of Self Inventory-Short Form (DSI-SF), sementara conflict resolution diukur menggunakan Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory-II (ROCI-II). Peneliti mengambil sample dengan metode purposive sampling dan memperoleh sebanyak 487 istri yang berdomisili di JaBoDeTaBek. Hasil penelitian ini diolah menggunakan metode uji regresi linear berganda. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa hanya dimensi relational sensitivity yang berkontribusi negatif signifikan terhadap gaya dominating dan penghindaran dalam resolusi konflik. Sedangkan dimensi maintaining identity dan emotional distancing tidak memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap kedua gaya tersebut. Penjelasan dan dinamika analisis akan dijelaskan lebih lanjut./The divorce rate in Indonesia, especially in urban areas such as JaBoDeTaBek, continues to increase every year with 73.7% of them being divorce cases filed by the wife or contested divorce. Even though divorce is not what a couple wants, conflict in marriage is something that cannot be avoided. This makes conflict resolution skills important to pay attention to. Previous research found that conflict is also influenced by partners' self-differentiation. Therefore, this research aims to explore the contribution of self-differentiation to the style of conflict resolution in marriage among wives in Jabodetabek, using the Bowen Family Systems Theory approach. Self-differentiation was measured using the Differentiation of Self Inventory-Short Form (DSI-SF), while conflict resolution was measured using the Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory-II (ROCI-II). Researchers took samples using a purposive sampling method and obtained 487 wives who lived in JaBoDeTaBek. The results of this research were processed using the multiple linear regression test method. Data analysis shows that only the relational sensitivity dimension makes a significant negative contribution to dominating and avoidance styles in conflict resolution. Meanwhile, the dimensions of maintaining identity and emotional distancing do not make a significant contribution to these two styles.
