Abstract
Remaja merupakan masa transisi dari masa kanak-kanak menuju dewasa, dimana pada masa ini, remaja mengalami gejolak emosi yang akhirnya berdampak pada perilaku, salah satunya adalah adanya perilaku bullying. Perilaku bullying memberikan dampak negatif bagi siswa yang mengalaminya, sehingga diperlukan kemampuan resiliensi untuk siswa yang mengalami bullying untuk bangkit dari situasi yang dihadapi. Salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan kemampuan resiliensi ini adalah dengan meningkatkan gratitude. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat pengaruh gratitude terhadap resiliensi siswa yang mengalami bullying. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan uji statistik regresi linear, dengan partisipan sebanyak 238 orang. Adapun pengumpulan data partisipan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh gratitude yang signifikan terhadap resiliensi sebesar 16.5% pada siswa SMA yang mengalami bullying. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan untuk pihak sekolah dapat mengembangkan program yang dapat membantu siswa untuk untuk mengembangkan gratitude guna meningkatkan kemampuan siswa untuk menjadi resilien.

Adolescence is a transitional period from childhood to adulthood, during which teenagers experience emotional turmoil that can affect their behavior, one of which is bullying behavior. Bullying has a negative impact on the students who experience it, and as a result, resilience is needed for these students to recover from the situations they face. One way to develop this resilience is by increasing gratitude. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the effect of gratitude on the resilience of students who experience bullying. This study used a quantitative method with linear regression statistical testing, and involved 238 participants. Data collection was done using a questionnaire. The results of this study show a significant effect of gratitude on resilience, accounting for 16.5% of the variance, among high school students who have experienced bullying. Based on these findings, it is recommended that schools develop programs to help students cultivate gratitude in order to enhance their resilience.
