Abstract

This study aims to describe the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees at Yayasan World Harvest Indonesia, a non-profit organization focused on community empowerment through education, community services, and media. OCB refers to voluntary behaviors that support the overall performance of the organization, categorized into OCB-I (interpersonal support) and OCB-O (Organizational support). This quantitative study utilized the OCB-C questionnaire as the primary instrument. Results indicate that OCB-O behaviors are more prominent than OCB-I behaviors, suggesting that employee are more inclined to support the organization as a whole rather than focusing on interpersonal assistance. Demographic factors such as age, gender, marital status, and tenure influence the employee’s OCB tendencies. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the foundation develop strategies to enhance interpersonal collaboration, such as mentoring programs and team training, to foster a more supportive and cooperative work environment. This study is expected to serve as a foundation for cultivating a work culture that align with the foundation’s social mission / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan Yayasan World Harvest Indonesia, sebuah organisasi nirlaba yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pendidikan, komunitas, dan pelayanan media.
