Abstract

Berkat kepopulerannya, anime bukan lagi hanya konten hiburan tetapi juga dimanfaatkan sebagai alat pemasaran suatu merek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh efektivitas kolaborasi anime Spy x Family terhadap citra merek Uniqlo serta membahas bagaimana nilai budaya dan fenomena budaya populer, seperti anime, dapat membentuk pandangan konsumen. Penelitian ini diukur menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan 201 responden secara daring dan luring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi ini memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek. Selain itu juga mampu meningkatkan visibilitas serta memperkuat citra merek Uniqlo di mata konsumen. Dengan demikian, strategi pemasaran yang melibatkan elemen budaya populer dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam memperkuat citra merek di pasar. Perusahaan dapat mengembangkan kolaborasi serupa dengan anime populer lainnya untuk memperkuat posisi merek di industri fashion. / Due to its popularity, anime is no longer just entertainment content but is also utilized to attract new customers for a brand. This study aims to examine the influence of the collaboration between the anime Spy x Family on Uniqlo's brand image and discuss how cultural values and popular culture phenomena, such as anime, can shape consumer views. This research was measured using a quantitative approach by collecting 201 respondents online and offline. The results show that this collaboration has a positive and significant influence on brand image. It is also able to increase visibility and strengthen Uniqlo's brand image in the eyes of consumers. Thus, marketing strategies involving elements of popular culture can be an effective tool in strengthening brand image in the market. The company can develop similar collaborations with other popular anime to strengthen the brand's position in the fashion industry.
