Abstract

Tomoro Coffee berhasil memiliki 271 gerai di Indonesia hanya dalam kurun waktu dua tahun sejak memulai bisnisnya di Indonesia pada tahun 2022. Perkembangan Tomoro Coffee sangat menakjubkan apabila dibandingkan dengan merek-merek kopi terdahulu yang juga berekspansi setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor psikologis yang mempengaruhi customer behavioral intention of loyalty (CBIL) dengan affective commitment sebagai mediasi pada Tomoro Coffee. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam pengolahan data yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner link gform. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Indonesia, wilayah Jabodetabek pada usia 12-49 tahun. Data yang terkumpul akan diolah serta dianalisa menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics 26 dan SEM-AMOS 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh positif antar hubungan CBI dan customer satisfaction terhadap affective commitment serta affective commitment terhadap CBIL. Namun, brand trust tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap affective commitment dan CBIL. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam dunia pemasaran dan memberi wawasan bagi peneliti yang ingin mengembangkan penelitian serupa pada masa depan.
