Abstract

The influence of the technology in the marketing sense, has been on a rise since the Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia. The creation of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and as a result of AI, the Smart Speaker is made, and it is benefiting both the marketers and the customers. In particular, AI created an interaction to create a human-like dialog with the customers and making it interactive, new and engaging way to share a marketing message. This research is using the Quantitative method by conducting the questionnaire who has owned/used or known a smart speaker, with all the data that had been collected and processed by using PLS-SEM, to identify all of the connections between variables, and to validate the result. This research explores and studies the driver of advertisement acceptance, to further explore of what actually the main driver of the acceptance and could become an important part of creating a strategy based on the smart speaker to further increase the Perceived Usefulness of the smart speaker and the Hedonic motivation value of the Smart speaker. The result of this study will be useful for the marketer or company that uses smart speakers to implement a effective marketing strategy.
