Abstract
Service innovation capability and dynamic marketing capability play vital roles in the hospitality industry, particularly in Indonesia. This research investigates how service innovation capability and dynamic marketing capability, mediated by brand communication capability and brand performance, impact service excellence in the hotel industry. The study focuses on 3-5 star international hotels in Indonesia, which serves as a limitation for the research. The researcher employs primary data collected through a quantitative approach, with 100 respondents for the preliminary test and 320 respondents for the main study. The participants include both domestic and international tourists who have stayed in 3-5 star international hotels in Indonesia. All of the gathered data will be processed using SmartPLS4 and will undergo tests for both discriminant and convergent validity. The study aims to demonstrate the importance of dynamic marketing capability and service innovation capability for survival in the hotel industry, particularly through green performance and technology for the market has entered the tech-savvy era. Technology has created huge disruption in many industry sectors including hospitality. Therefore, this research aims to validate the impact of service innovation capability, dynamic marketing capability, brand communication capability, and brand performance on the service excellence of 3-5 star international hotels in Indonesia from the customers' perspective using green technology.
