Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leader emotional intelligence, transformational leadership, dan transactional leadership terhadap job performance, dengan trust in supervisor sebagai variabel mediasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert 1-5 dari responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap PT. XYZ, bekerja lebih dari 1 tahun, dan berada di divisi Finance. Responden dalam studi pendahuluan sebanyak 50 orang dan studi aktual melibatkan 180 orang. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan software SmartPLS 4.0.9.6. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap job performance. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan untuk meningkatkan gaya kepemimpinan dan trust in supervisor, yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif pada job performance dan keberlangsungan perusahaan./This study aims to analyze the influence of leader emotional intelligence, transformational leadership, and transactional leadership on job performance, with trust in supervisor as a mediating variable. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1–5 from respondents who are permanent employees of PT. XYZ, have worked for more than 1 year, and are part of the Finance division. The preliminary study involved 50 respondents, while the actual study included 180 respondents. Data processing was carried out using the Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS 4.0.9.6 software. The results showed that all four variables have a positive and significant effect on job performance. This research is expected to provide insights into improving leadership styles and trust in supervisors, which ultimately have a positive impact on job performance and the sustainability of the company.
