Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh innovation practices terhadap business performance dan business survival dengan moderasi dukungan eksternal. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 281 pelaku usaha UMKM di wilayah Jabodetabek yang memiliki usaha dan sudah mengadopsi inovasi praktik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan innovation practices berpengaruh positif terhadap business performance dan business survival. Dukungan eksternal tidak memoderasi pengaruh innovation practices terhadap business performance, namun dukungan eksternal memoderasi pengaruh innovation practices terhadap business survival./The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of innovation practices on business performance and business survival with external support moderation. The sample of this study was 281 MSME business actors in the Jabodetabek area who have businesses and have adopted innovation practices. This study uses a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this study uses Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that innovation practices have a positive effect on business performance and business survival. External support does not moderate the effect of innovation practices on business performance, but external support moderates the effect of innovation practices on business survival.
