Abstract

Sangat penting untuk sebuah organisasi kemahasiswaan memperhatikan setiap anggota mereka. Selain itu, penting bagi setiap anggota untuk mempercayai sesama anggota lainnya. Gaya kepemimpinan seorang pemimpin juga cukup penting dalam memimpin sebuah organisasi agar tidak menimbulkan hal negatif. Seorang mahasiswa organisatoris tentunya tetap memiliki kewajiban akademik yang perlu dijalani dan dalam waktu bersamaan, mahasiswa organisatoris memiliki kewajiban sebagai anggota organisasi. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa organisatoris tidak luput dari stres akademik. Faktor yang menyebabkan stres akademik adalah lingkungan, orang tua, hingga kegiatana sosial.Penelitian ini untuk melihat apakah team trust dan kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh terhadap stres akademik mahasiswa organisatoris di Universitas X. Hasil yang diperoleh dari 76 responden mahasiswa organisatoris di Universitas X ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari team trust terhadap stres akademik sebesar 69.7%, walaupun begitu gaya kepemimpinan transformasional tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap stres akademik mahasiswa organisatoris Universitas X di Tangerang. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah penelitian selanjutnya juga dapat meneliti kepemimpinan transaksional. / It’s important for a student organization to pay attention to each of their members, furthermore it's also important for each member to trust each other. A leadership style of a leader is also important to lead and direct an organization to reduce negativity. Students that's in an organization still have academic obligations that need to be fulfilled or done and at the same time, they also have responsibilities as a member of an organizations. As a student of an organizations is not exempt from an academic stress. There are lots of causes of academic stress such as environment, parents, even up to social activities. This research studies if team trust and the style of transformational leadership have caused academic stress in students organization in X University. Results obtained from 76 respondents of students organization in X University found that there is an influence between team trust and academic stress of 69.7%, despite that transformational leadership has no influence in academic stress towards students in organization in X University. A recommendation for future research is to explore both transformational leadership and transactional leadership.
