Abstract

Penelitian yang akan dilakukan ini memiliki tujuan dalam menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas, inovasi produk, dan pengambilan risiko terhadap kinerja Usaha, Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Pada era digital saat ini, UMKM akan menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat karena pertumbuhan ekonomi yang mempengaruhi pasar terus berkembang. Kreativitas dan inovasi produk menjadi kunci yang penting dalam memulai suatu usaha untuk menciptakan keunggulan dalam berkompetitif, sedangkan pengambilan risiko tidak kalah penting untuk melihat peluang-peluang bisnis dan mengimplementasikan ide-ide inovatif. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif, terdapat 324 sampel dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada UMKM di Kota Tangerang melalui Google Forms. Teknik analisis data menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistics dan AMOS 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses kreatif (identifikasi masalah, pencarian dan pengkodean informasi, generasi ide dan alternatif), kreativitas, inovasi produk, dan pengambilan risiko memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM. / The research that will be carried out has the aim of analyzing the influence of creativity, product innovation and risk taking on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In the current digital era, MSMEs will face increasingly tight business competition because economic growth which influences the market continues to grow. Creativity and product innovation are important keys in starting a business to create competitive advantages, while risk taking is no less important to see business opportunities and implement innovative ideas. This research applies quantitative methods, there are 324 samples and data collection uses a questionnaire distributed to MSMEs in Tangerang City via Google Forms. The data analysis technique uses IBM SPSS Statistics and AMOS 26 software. The results of this research show that the creative process (problem identification, information searching and encoding, idea and alternative generation), creativity, product innovation, and risk taking have a positive influence on MSME performance.
