Abstract
Media sosial telah berkembang menjadi alat yang efektif untuk mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen di era modern. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh media sosial seperti information quality, information quantity, dan information
credibility, information usefulness, information adoption terhadap purchase intention. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) versi 4 digunakan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana variabel information quality, information quantity, dan information credibility berdampak pada information usefulness, information adoption, dan purchase intention konsumen. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang dilakukan pada 270 responden yang aktif menggunakan media sosial dan mengenal produk Samsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa quality, quantity, dan credibility mempengaruhi information
usefulness. Information usefulness sangat mempengaruhi information adoption, yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi keinginan pelanggan untuk membeli barang. Kontribusi dalam penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan mendorong perusahaan
untuk memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai strategi pemasaran media sosial yang efektif untuk meningkatkan purchase intention.
