Abstract

Industri ritel di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat, dengan Indonesia menduduki peringkat ke-10 dari 40 negara berkembang dalam sektor ritel. Sektor minimarket, khususnya Indomaret, mendominasi pasar ritel Indonesia. Tetapi laba Indomaret mengalami penurunan sejak 2023. Penelitian ini melihat pengaruh brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association, dan brand loyalty terhadap purchase intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana sampel dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan google form dengan skala Likert 1-5, melibatkan 230 responden dan 23 indikator. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0 untuk menguji empat hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua dimensi ekuitas merek brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association, dan brand loyalty memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi akademis terhadap pengembangan teori ekuitas merek, khususnya dalam konteks industri ritel di Indonesia.
