Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana generasi muda di Jabodetabek memanfaatkan ChatGPT dalam kewirausahaan digital berdasarkan ExpectancyValue Theory. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dari 192 wirausaha muda dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa manfaat yang dirasakan (perceived usefulness) dan kemauan untuk belajar (effort expectancy) berperan signifikan dalam memotivasi penggunaan ChatGPT, sementara ekspektasi kinerja (performance expectancy) saja tidak cukup. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan teknologi AI generatif seperti ChatGPT dalam mendukung inovasi kewirausahaan digital.
