Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kewirausahaan strategis terhadap rekrutmen dan retensi karyawan di UMKM Tangerang. Mengingat pentingnya UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) dalam perekonomian lokal dan nasional, penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana penerapan kewirausahaan strategis dapat membantu UMKM Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengahmenarik dan mempertahankan tenaga kerja berkualitas. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengkaji peran moderasi reputasi perusahaan dan intensitas kompetitif dalam memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan melibatkan 240 responden yang bekerja atau terlibat dalam UMKM di Tangerang. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan model persamaan struktural (SEM) untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kewirausahaan strategis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap rekrutmen dan retensi karyawan. Selain itu, reputasi perusahaan dan intensitas kompetitif juga memperkuat pengaruh kewirausahaan strategis terhadap rekrutmen dan retensi karyawan di UMKM. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan loyalitas karyawan melalui strategi kewirausahaan yang terintegrasi, serta mendorong lingkungan kerja yang inovatif dan kompetitif. / This research aims to analyze the influence of strategic entrepreneurship on employee recruitment and retention in Tangerang MSMEs. Given the importance of MSMEs in the local and national economy, this research highlights how implementing strategic entrepreneurship can help MSMEs attract and retain a quality workforce. In addition, this research examines the moderating role of corporate reputation and competitive intensity in strengthening this relationship. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and involves 240 respondents who work or are involved in MSMEs in Tangerang. The collected data was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the relationship between the variables. The research results show that strategic entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on employee recruitment and retention. Apart from that, company reputation and competitive intensity also strengthen the influence of strategic entrepreneurship on employee recruitment and retention in MSMEs. These findings provide insight for MSMEs to increase employee attraction and loyalty through integrated entrepreneurial strategies, as well as encouraging an innovative and competitive work environment.
